Yes, I do take private pay. I also provide a “super bill” which is a detailed receipt in which you can submit to your insurance’s out of network benefits and potentially receive reimbursement.

It depends on what you're working on. Some clients come in for a focused issue and feel ready to wrap up after a few months. Others are working through deeper patterns or recovering from significant events and benefit from longer-term support. At our initial session we will talk about goals and what you are looking to get out of therapy.

It is best practice to start weekly. We can determine if bi-weekly or “as needed” sessions make sense for you.

This can be a complicated answer. As a marriage and family therapist I take a family systems approach to child therapy. When meeting with parents and caregivers, our goals will be around parenting however it is natural that we may dive into other areas of focus. It is recommended to seek your own individual therapy outside of our sessions.

Individual adult sessions are 55 minutes. Child sessions can range from 45-55 minutes depending on your child’s needs
